Sadly Janet Devlin has left the competition. In my humble opinion best original voice on the show and I'm no expert at this. Many will prolly disagree but she definitely brought something new and fresh to the competition.

Others like Amelia Lily or Misha B sound plain to me. I mean the do have talent and all but there are many others out there exactly like them. There is nothing new and original that they bring to the table. Janet on the other hand, has a unique and original voice like no other I've ever heard. Even Walsh admitted on several occasions that Devlin's voice is undoubtedly a recording voice.

I'm more than sure we will be hearing more about Janet Devlin in the nearest future and that the competition that X Factor is was just a catalyst and a start for many a great things she is going to accomplish. Good luck Janet and I can't wait to buy your album!!

Janet gives a solid performance, definitely in her comfort zone again. Even Walsh and Barlow like it. As Walsh says Janet has a recording voice and she is there to stay until the very end of the competition. Personally, I think she could win the whole competition, it is just that the rest of the contestants are also so damn good. However, Janet has the edge here since the closer to the end it comes the more other factors come into play. The voice does not matter that much since everybody sings great. It is more the rapport with the audience and cuteness that public responds to. On the "cuteness scale" Janet Devlin leads for sure. The rapport, I'm not so sure... Good luck JD!

Ok, so last week Janet is out of her element singing an upbeat song- I Want You Back, messes up the lyrics to top it but still pulls a good performance. Barlow is like well.. you lost your identity Janet... na... na... na... you lost it, etc. Two weeks ago he was like: "you're boring and predictable". She changed it, he didn't like it. He basically said she needs to be who she feels she is. So this week Janet comes back to her roots bringing the most beautiful I-got-chills-on-my-back performance and Barlow is like- boring, there needs to be some injection of excitement. Hello? Anybody home. Make up your mind Barlow. WA%#$R !

Janet has a minor slip up exactly 00:58 into the video. She forgets one line of the lyrics. Almost hardly noticable. As if the mic went silent for a couple of seconds. However, we can see the expression on her face in a close up. She is clearly not too happy about it. Overall great performance!
